From I-84 Eastbound

Take Exit 5.
At the top of the ramp go straight after the stop sign and proceed down the hill.
Turn right onto Main Street and head south to #198.
   
Parking is available on the street or at the back of the building in unmarked spots
only. If the guard is not at the desk, ring clinic doorbell and you will be admitted.

From I-84 Westbound 

Take Exit 5.
